Nas Struggling To Pay Child Support

NAS has begged a judge to reduce the amount of cash he has been ordered to hand over to estranged wife KELIS in child and spousal support - because he can't afford the payment.
Kelis filed for divorce from the I Can hitmaker, real name Nasir Jones, last year (09), just months before the birth of their first son, Knight.
The couple has been caught up in a bitter legal battle for custody ever since and last month (Apr10), Nas was ordered to pay more than $87,000 in late spousal and child support and told to cover the Milkshake
singer's legal and accounting bills.
The judge also set the
rapper's monthly spousal support payments at $10,000 , based on figures suggesting he earns $152,031 every month.
But, in a new court filing, obtained by
TMZ.com, Nas admits he pulls in "substantially less than that amount", and he has requested that officials take another look at his finances and recalculate his support payments.

Maxim's Hot 100 List: Katy Perry Tops

Katy Perry rocketed up Maxim'sHot 100 list this year, jumping to No. 1 after buzzing around at No. 15 in 2009.
What made her so much hotter this year -- the Russell Brandengagement? The ProActiv acne treatment commercials? After getting hooked on 2008's "I Kissed a Girl," Maxim seems to like Perry's "California Gurls" single for 2010, and has high hopes for a super summer backed by tunes from her upcoming album.
Girl-next-door Perry didn't make the cover, however. That hotness was delivered by Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks.
Rihanna moved up a spot this year to No. 6, up from No. 8 in 2009 and No. 15 in 2008 -- maybe all those photo shoots helped? Megan Fox, meanwhile, fell to No. 5 from No. 2 in 2009. (Yeah, theunfunny school budget cuts video took the edge off for us too.)
After popping onto the list at No. 100 in 2008 and falling off it last year, Tila Tequila thankfullyremains un-Hot in Maxim's eyes. The mag appears unimpressed with Heidi Montag as well -- she made the list in 2008 and 2009, but fell off this year, possibly due to the weight of her massive new breast implants.
How soon until hubby Spencer Pratt lovingly tweets his outrage? We're betting soon, because "The Hills" costar Audrina Patridge -- who didn't even make the cover of People -- came in 12th.

Recorded in Aguilera's home studio, "Bionic" features collaborations with Sia, Le Tigre, Christopher "Tricky Stewart," Hill & Switch and Ladytron, and a ballad entitled "Lift Me Up" written by Linda Perry, who also penned "Back to Basics" singles "Hurt" and "Candyman" and Aguilera's 2002 hit, "Beautiful."

Aguilera's "Back to Basics" album has sold 1,694,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Her 2008-released greatest hits set, "Keeps Getting Better: A Decade of Hits," has sold 338,000.

Aguilera also recently wrapped filming on "Burlesque," which co-stars fellow pop diva Cher and is slated for a fall 2010 release.

Lindsay Lohan Goes Out After Court Appearance.

Lindsey Lohan was reportedly out on the town Wednesday night, following her mandatory appearance at a court-ordered alcohol education class. TMZ snapped a few pictures of the "Mean Girls" star as she left Las Palmas in West Hollywood around 2:30 AM Pacific Time.

According to TMZ's report, Lohan said that the class "was good," and that she has "been up to par" with the class. She added that she has "about 5 left."

There was some speculation that Lohan was skipping her classes, which could result in jail sentence. Lohan's lawyer, however, told TMZ that "Ms. Lohan is on track to complete her alcohol program within the time frame set by the judge, and any classes she missed were made up for."

Lohan's probation stems from charges of cocaine possession, drunk driving, and reckless driving that the actress faced in 2007.
