Adam Lambert Gets "Glam" For Tour

Adam Lambert has announced a new batch of tour dates, and as expected from a singer who likes his hair at its pompadour-iest, his suits (and cod-pieces) bedazzled and his eyes safely hidden behind 20 applications of liquid liner, his upcoming shows promise to bring the "glam." The "Glam Nation," actually, if we want to go with the tour's official title.
"The Glam Nation Tour is going to be very theatrical," the former Idol contestant told MTV. "People won't be let down in the glam department; it's definitely be something to look at as well as listen to."
Though Lambert was recently in B.C. for a few casino shows, the newly anounced concerts don't include any Canadian dates. The first show is in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, June 4.
And by the time Lambert's packed up his American Apparel-clad backup dancers and lasers, he could have a new single out. The singer revealed dance track "If I Had You" will be the next tune off For Your Entertainment to hit radio.
"It's a great song -- really fun, upbeat, joyful," Lambert told MTV.
