Usher Tops The British Singles Charts



US star Usher has hit the top of the British singles chart with his international success OMG, featuring Will I Am.
They toppled This Ain't A Love Song, by Scouting for Girls, which had been number one for two weeks, in the chart compiled by The Official UK Charts Company.
London rapper Professor Green entered at number three with I Need You Tonight. The track, which features Ed Drewett, samples the 1987 INXS hit Need You Tonight.
Another London rapper, Plan B, dropped a place to number four with She Said, while US R&B star Kelis was a new entry at number five with Acapella.
Lady Gaga's Telephone, featuring Beyonce, slipped two places to number six.
US pop rock band Selena Gomez & The Scene came in at number seven, with Naturally, while Dirty Picture by Taio Cruz featuring Kesha leapt to number 12 from 40.
In the album chart, Plan B's The Defamation of Strickland Banks went in at number one, while Scouting for Girls' Everybody Wants To Be On TV was another new entry at number two.
Lady Gaga's The Fame slipped to number three from number one, while US band MGMT came in at four with Congratulations. My World by Justin Bieber fell from three to five.
