Is it me or is Ciara slowly but surely surfacing back on the map of extravagance? Her new video is bond to put her on the map and if she keeps on showing up to events looking stunningly gorgeous like this, she will be sure to win all of our hearts all over again. I cannot wait for it, I feel like this year might be her year–let’s all cross our fingers for this one! And doesn’t she look fab?
